Why Student-Athletes Need Our Help
Research has clearly shown that making the transition from college or professional athletics to the "real world" is a difficult, frustrating and oftentimes painful experience. The reason for this is, unlike most traditional students, athletes are focused on practicing and competing well into their senior year. That leaves them virtually no time to think about or prepare for “life after sports”. If you’re freightened or sad about taking off your uniform for the last time, you’re not alone and we can help make your transition smoother.
How We Help Student-Athletes
Through our many years of corporate business experience, we have developed a very specific and organized strategy for each student to follow in order to find the best career opportunities. Each student athlete first meets with one of our knowledgeable and experienced Career Coaches to discuss the student athlete’s career goals and employment objectives. Together they develop a Career Game Plan that lays out the specific activities and timelines leading to the right career opportunity.

Your Athletes to Business Career Coach is the key ingredient to insure your career success. Every athlete wanting our help is assigned a personal Career Coach to mentor, guide and support them. Our “hand picked” coaches are former student-athletes who’ve experienced the same challenges you’ll face when you transition out of sports. It’s there responsibility to provide you with the leadership and tools you’ll need to begin and develop a successful career. You’ll find our Career Coaches right inside your athletic department if you’re a student-athlete or by registering on our site if your career has already started.
