How does the Draft Room work?

Every company participating in the draft will have it’s “team” profile (link) posted in the a2b Draft Room. Your team profile is your company’s personal marketing and recruiting page- essentially your own mini recruiting web page inside the a2b Draft Room. You will be able to create, manage and update your profile when you want to keep it fresh and exciting. Student-athletes who have met with an Athletes to Business Career Coach qualified to enter the draft pool can then access your profile to learn about your company, culture and positions you have available.

On the flip side, every student-athlete qualified to enter the draft will have their personal profile (link) placed on the draftboard for you and your hiring managers to access, evaluate and arrange to meet if you like what you see.
