Career Game Plan

Through our many years of corporate business experience, we have developed a very specific and organized strategy for each student to follow in order to find the best vocational opportunities. Each student athlete first meets face-to-face with one of our knowledgeable and experienced Career Coaches to discuss the student athlete’s career goals and employment objectives. Together they develop a personalized Career Game Plan that lays out the specific activities and timelines leading to the right career opportunity. The Career Game Plan includes:

• Making the transition from athlete to business person
• Developing and constructing a “high impact” resume
• Understanding the fundamentals of interviewing
• Interview practice and role playing
• Attending high quality, pre-arranged interviews
• Negotiation and selecting the “CORRECT” company
• What to expect when you start
• Continuous career coaching, guidance and counseling
